- learn and experience what it means to be ‘embodied’
- discover how and why embodiment influences nervous system regulation
- refine skills of self-awareness and deliberation
- explore ways to identify and honor impulse
- understand the physical, mental, emotional, social & relational benefits of practicing somatic awareness as a lifestyle
- identify the messages of your soma and the longings of your heart
