Yoga Therapy (YTx) is a dynamic, co-operative process; the information you provide on the confidential Intake forms, and subsequent interview, will inform the direction, pace and ingredients of the practices. 

The Intake Session gives you a chance to expound upon what you’ve written, discuss any questions or concerns you have, and share your personal yoga and wellness goals. It gives me a chance to get to know you better, and perform a postural, breath and yoga assessment.

The Intake session is comprehensive; it generally takes 120 minutes, and is a prerequisite to the 5-Session private Yoga Therapy package.

IT IS INCLUDED IN THE DEEP DIVE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM (Do not purchase this if you are enrolling in that Program).

DEEP DIVE Mentorship Program is an offering of my heart and soul, born of my desire to have a bigger impact on a select number of individuals each year who are ready to take their personal and spiritual development to another level.

Taking yoga classes is akin to ‘snorkeling’ - safely observing the beauty and murkiness beneath (inside) you, yet close to the surface, where you can easily pop your head above the water at will, and return to your previous point of view.

This mentorship program is akin to ‘scuba diving’ - it requires a bigger commitment, an investment (in YOU) of your most important resources: your time and attention. It includes orientation, education, and demonstration of the fundamentals before progressing.

Though your journey is facilitated by a loving guide who understands your history and objectives, you are in control of the pace and direction of the experience.

At checkout, you will have the option to Pay in Full ($2,880) or choose a Payment Plan whereby you will be charged $990.00 immediately, and $990.00 every 5 weeks, 2 times. The total amount paid with the Payment Plan will be $2,970.00 ($990 x 3), $90 more than the Pay in Full option.

For clients who have experienced one or more Deep Dive Mentorship packages, the intention here is to nurture the sense of EASE you have established in your nervous system, to re-MIND you of your Divinity as we navigate the world of Duality, to refresh your embodiment practices, and inspire you to approach life AS LOVE.

The sessions of this package can be spaced out more broadly (i.e. bi-monthly, every 3 weeks, once per month); they are intended to support your commitment to continual growth and expansion of your consciousness.

If after 5 sessions you find that you would like to continue scheduling additional times, this package is renewable unlimited times.
