Serious About Play

Winter asks us to slow down, conserve, and listen.

Spring asks a different question: What’s ready to move?

This 3-hour workshop is an invitation to sense into that question through the body—not as a push toward productivity, but as a gentle orientation toward what wants to grow.

Using fun, exploratory embodiment practices grounded in breath, balance, fluidity, and sensory awareness, we’ll investigate how intention emerges naturally when the nervous system feels supported and the body is listened to.

Many of us have learned to associate seriousness with safety and play with irresponsibility. In reality, rigidity—not playfulness—is what limits adaptation and clarity.

This won’t be performative or frivolous. Play here is intelligent, purposeful, and embodied.

Here, we will be serious about play. ;-)
